about me

Before training as a therapist, I spent over twenty years writing professionally. That experience taught me that people often make sense of their lives through the stories they tell about themselves. My role is to help you explore your story & what you’re going through with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

I studied Integrative Therapy at the University of South Wales, qualifying to Level 7 status. I have experience of working with a broad range of issues, notably relational difficulties, anxiety, stress, shame, low self-esteem, loss, trauma and life changes.

My background has shaped the way I listen. I’m interested in people, patterns, contradictions, turning points, and the gap that can sometimes open up between the life we appear to be living and the one we are experiencing inside.

“Therapy offers a space to understand what has shaped you and what you may be struggling with now; it’s a place to slow down, take stock & find a way forward. Together.”‍
