Fees
Individual therapy
£75 for 50 minutes (online or in-person)
A regular space to talk things through at your own pace. Weekly or fortnightly sessions are most common.
Couples therapy
£95 for 60 minutes (online or in-person)
A supportive space to explore what’s happening between you and think about how things might shift.
Concessions
I offer a small number of reduced-rate spaces. Please get in touch if cost is a concern.
Terms
Payment is by bank transfer, made before the day of the session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are normally chargeable at the full fee.
